Promotion: COA Application Fee Refund
Execute Accreditation Agreement by May 31, 2019

COA will refund your organization’s application fee if you apply by April 12th and meet the necessary requirements! Read on to see if you qualify.

Note: This promotion is only applicable to organizations pursuing accreditation for the first time that are seeking to fulfill the FFPSA requirements in their state.
To qualify for the application refund, organizations must complete their application by April 12, 2019. A completed application includes:
The submission of the application
All required attachments
Payment of the application fee
Organizations must also execute their accreditation agreement by May 31, 2019. A fully executed accreditation agreement includes:
Electronically signed accreditation agreement
The initial payment of the accreditation fee (must be paid by check.
COA will refund the application fee after the accreditation fee is paid in full.
Other helpful hints:
Determine if your organization is a member of a COA Sponsoring Organization, which entitles you to a 25% discount on the accreditation fee. This information will be asked for on your application.
The COA accreditation process takes 12-18 months. Please be aware of this when planning your timeline/seeking to meet a deadline for achievement of accreditation.
